We are a group of citizens and taxpayers opposed to a jail tax and jail expansion in Hamilton County, Ohio. Issue 12, on the ballot in November 2006, would have raised sales taxes for the purpose of a jail expansion in Hamilton County. Issue 12 was convincingly defeated at the polls. The Hamilton County Commissioners tried to impose the tax by decree. Ordinary citizens worked on a petition drive to get this second jail tax proposal on the ballot in November of 2007. No Jail Tax PAC is working again to repeal this tax.

No Jail Tax PAC is an issue-only PAC registered at the Hamilton County, Ohio Board of Elections.
